Exemplary customer service
Royal Oak Volvo provides some truly exemplary customer service. It is unlike any other new car purchase experience I have ever had. The whole team is very supportive of one another where they all jump in to help each other to ensure clients have the most seamless car buying journey. The one thing that stood out the most for me is that the sales team, in my case, Manpreet, is really kind, genuine and knowledgeable about the Volvo products all while not being pushy or trying upsell everything which is something most dealerships Ive been to do. There was never any pressure sales tactics from my experience and Manpreet always showed so much patience with every meeting, phone call or text. My husband is a tough person to impress, as he too is in the sales industry, and he really respected and liked Manpreet--so that says alot. Manpreet really went out of his way to show his appreciation for my business with his thoughtful gift where it was clear he pays attention to our past conversations which was much appreciated.
In addition, everyone from sales, to service, financing, support and delivery (Gene, Jay, Grace,Dylan,Matthew) were really great to work with and were super helpful with anything I needed. Ill also note that Dylan was incredibly helpful in doing extra research and provided me great info on an assessory that specifically met my needs, even though it included options not from Volvo. I really appreciated his extra effort.
Overall, everyone on the team was very communicative throughout the 5-6 month journey with regular checkins pre and post sale but not too excessive. While my vehicle took longer than expected to arrive, the team definitely went above and beyond to limit the inconvenience to me. This may be my first Volvo, but it certainly won't be my last..or at least not the last time Ill do car shopping at Royal Oak Volvo!
